The lack of information on the spatial distribution of majo (Oenocarpus bataua), asai (Euterpe precatoriaMart.) and common date palm (Phoenix dactylifera) hinders their conservation and sustainable management. This study aimed to determine said distribution through segmentation techniques, evaluating the precision of three softwares to identify the most effective tool. eCognition achieved superior geometric precision (minimum PSE: 0.021), effectively adjusting the limits of the leaf crowns, which allowed to quantify the species of majo “15 in San Silvestre, 10 in UMSA-Tumupasa and 250 in El Infierno”, asai “444 in El Infierno” and common date palm “84 in San Silvestre, 123 in UMSA-Tumupasa and 229 in El Infierno”.
